I continue to breathe. Inhale. Exhale.
I continue to pack, declutter and trim down.
The act of reducing the items that I no longer need in my life has helped my mood plenty and also with my anxiety.
I have recently chanced upon the KonMari method of tidying up. Merely learning better ways to tidy, fold and packing away my clothes brought me pure joy and were an excellent way for me to de-stress when my head was drowning with worries. Find out more on KonMari here.
