Figuring Out Our Passion Can Be An Unfamiliar Road
Life is not always smooth. It can never be and will never be. Life’s rocky path ahead has its obstacles & challenges. Life is such, and still, I LOVE LIFE.
Sometimes challenges can be as significant as facing a loss; sometimes it is as trivial as having to wake up in the morning.
(If like me, you are not a morning person).
Sometimes it is the dilemma of finding out what your purpose is and what you wish to do with your career.
(Yep, that is me again)
I am going through this struggle of putting together what I enjoy doing (writing and content creating) vs finding a role that fits me, and still, be able to pay my bills. It sounds easy, and I believe that there are plenty of opportunities out there waiting for me. However, it is also not as simple as it may be.
There are the WHAT IFs.
What if I leave my role as a financial planner (pays well, familiarity and comfort) for the unknown? Also, I have no experience. I have zero experience in copywriting and creative content marketing. I have little friends in an advertising company to share experiences with, do I need new qualifications to justify my abilities and does this mean more cost before I make?
